Rules of procedure

Preamble

The purpose of these by-laws is to specify the statutes of the ARTISANALE association, whose aim is to promote the work of its artist and craftsman members.
 

Article I : Members

1.    Composition
The ARTISANALE association is made up of active members and honorary members.
An active member is a professional craftsman or artist, with his/her own Siret, who has expressed the wish to join the association. They certify that they have read and accepted the association's articles of association.
An honorary member is a natural or legal person who makes a representative contribution to the running of the association.

2.    Membership fees
Honorary members are exempt from paying membership fees.
Active members pay an annual membership fee, the amount of which is set each year by the Board of Directors by a show of hands or by secret ballot.
Membership fees are due to the association as soon as payment is requested by e-mail, and must be paid no later than November 01 of each year.
Any membership fee paid to the association is definitively acquired. No reimbursement can be demanded in the event of resignation, exclusion or death of a member during the year.
For the period from November 01, 2024 to October 31, 2025, the membership fee is set at 30 euros. Membership fees must be paid in full.
